Weaverham Shadows Running Club
We are a small running club based in Weaverham near Northwich that enjoy running together for fun and fitness.
We are always interested in expanding the club and are keen to involve new or experienced runners in our activities. These include both trail and road runs of varying distance and effort depending on individual preferences and ability.
We run regularly from The Hanging Gate Pub on Northwich Road, Weaverham. (A nice drink after a run is always good.)
Monday and Thursday evenings at 8:00 p.m. Saturday mornings at 7:30am.
Monday 8:00pm - Club Run
This can be a road, trail or a combination. Distance can be between 3 to 6 miles depending on preferences for that night.
Thursday 8:00pm - Club Run
This can be a road, trail or a combination. Distance can be between 3 to 6 miles depending on preferences for that night.
Saturday 7:30am - The long run
The route can vary depending who is running but can be road or trail running and is great fun as we make the long run as interesting as possible. Distance can be anything between 6 to 14 miles depending on runners preferences for that day.
Mileage and routes are dependent on member preference for that night's run. Mileage and routes can be adjusted to accommodate differing levels of ability,
